We’re sorry to know that you wish to delete your Oolfa account. Please note that the process of deleting Oolfa account is irreversible; you can no longer access your data once deleted.

In this article, we will discuss the steps to delete your Oolfa account before and after deleting the Oolfa app.

Important notice: Deleting your Oolfa account will not cancel your Oolfa Gold subscription. Find out how to cancel your Oolfa Gold subscription (if any) so you don’t incur extra charges.

Ways To Deleting Oolfa Account

We offer two ways to delete your Oolfa account from your smartphone. Choose the one that’s easiest for you.

Before Uninstalling Oolfa App

If you still wish to proceed with deleting Oolfa account, please follow these steps using the Oolfa app installed on your smartphone:

  1. Login to your Oolfa account.
  2. After logging in, navigate to your account screen in the app. You can access this screen by clicking on the account icon at the bottom right corner of the main screen.
  3. Tap the settings icon which you can find at the top of your account screen.
  4. Tap the Delete my account button located at the bottom of the settings screen.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to complete the account deletion process.

After Uninstalling Oolfa App

If you want to delete your Oolfa account after uninstalling the Oolfa app, you can always download the app again and proceed with deleting your account by following the instructions above. However, if you do not wish to download the app again, then follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Contact Us form.
  2. In the Full name field, enter the name you used when creating your Oolfa account.
  3. In the Email field, enter the email you used when creating your Oolfa account.
  4. In the Select inquiry type field, select Delete my Oolfa account.
  5. In the How may we help you? field, enter the birthdate you used when creating your Oolfa account. Please don’t hesitate to enter any other information you’d like us to know about you, such as why you’d like to delete your account.
  6. Agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  7. Tab the Send inquiry button.
  8. Once we receive your inquiry, we will verify your email, user name, and date of birth and send you an Account deletion confirmation email.
  9. Read the Account deletion confirmation email and follow the instructions inside the email. Please reply to this email to continue with the deletion of your account.
  10. Once we receive a reply to the Account deletion confirmation email, we will delete your Oolfa account.
